Yes. Yankee Glow is fully insured, and we offer free custom estimates for exterior cleaning and Christmas lighting. We’ll respond within two business days to arrange a quote visit.
What does gutter cleaning include?+
Gutter cleaning includes debris removal and downspout flushing. Gutter whitening is a separate service for the outside of your gutters; you can request both together.
How do you clean roofs?+
We offer soft washing and hand removal. We’ll assess your roof and discuss the work with you as part of your custom estimate.
Do I need to buy Christmas lights?+
No. We supply and own the lights. Your lighting quote includes installation, end-of-season takedown, and off-season storage.
What are the Christmas lighting payment terms?+
For Christmas lighting, a 50% deposit reserves your job, and the balance is due when installation is complete. These terms apply to lighting; details for cleaning work will be discussed with your estimate.
What if the Christmas lights need attention?+
Optional seasonal maintenance costs 5% of the base lighting price and covers damage to the lights and display we supply during the agreed season. Without the add-on, seasonal repairs aren’t included. Takedown and storage are included either way.
Can I choose a date?+
Share a few dates you’re available for a quote visit. We’ll contact you to confirm a time and discuss scheduling for your service. For lighting, installation is scheduled after quote acceptance and the deposit.
